Process Time Chart
Overview
A Process Time Chart is a graphical representation of the sequence of steps or tasks constituting a process over a scaled timeline.
Steps to Follow
- Create a workflow with a Result Table processor or a Filterable Result Table (FRT)
- Create a new report for the workflow
- In the report add a new container by clicking "Add Report Container" or by double-clicking in the empty canvas.
- Select a processor with the data that should be visualized
- Switch to edit mode
- Open the chart menu and change the type to "Process Time Chart"
- Set the mandatory fields (Case, X/Time-Axis and Activity)

Configuration

1. Data Manipulation
Filter shown data. It's possible to add a filter for each column.
2. Case
Variable displayed on the Y-Axis (must be of type string)
3. X/Time-Axis
Select the start date and end date columns (must be of type datetime)
4. Activity
Select the activity column (must be of type string). This column will be displayed as a legend for the diagram, which can be used to hide/display specific entries.
5. Additional options
The user may reverse the order of cases display, change the color of displayed activities or add a fill using partial percentage or a description column.
6. Axis format
Format the x-Axis and the y-Axis values (can also be set to invisible)
7. Axis Labels
Set and format the x-Axis and the y-Axis labels
8. General Chart Container Settings
Change the background color and and choose whether to display the container title.
Sankey Chart
Overview
The Sankey Chart is a visualisation diagram that allows to display flows. Several entities (nodes) are represented with arrow head shapes. Their links are represented with normal lines. The diagram also comes with a display control line on the left side of the container.
Steps to Follow
- Create a workflow with a Result Table processor or a Filterable Result Table (FRT)
- Create a new report for the workflow
- In the report add a new container by clicking "Add Report Container" or by double-clicking in the empty canvas.
- Select a processor with the data that should be visualized
- Switch to edit mode
- Open the chart menu and change the type "Sankey Chart"
- Select columns for the field "Flow Setup"

Configuration

1. Data Manipulation

2. Flow Setup
Select the source node, target node, variant number/text and variant occurrences columns.
3. Node Values
Set the values displayed for each node (using mathematical functions such as: Count, Max, Min, Average, etc.)
4. Flow Values
Set the values displayed for each connection (using mathematical functions such as: Count, Max, Min, Average, etc.)
5. Color Config
Change nodes, connections and highlighted variants colors.
6. General Chart Container Settings
Change the background color and and choose whether to display the container title.
