What's new

• Add flag (global.serverSideFiltering.enabled) to toggle server side filtering so apps with suitable configuration and database setup can opt-in to this feature.

Bugfixes

• Ignore differences in the linefeeds (CRLF vs. LF) when checking if the editor has unsaved changes.
• Fix a bug of table editing which caused an empty cell if a user enters an invalid value
• Don't trigger additional save calls while one is in progress, but enqueue them. Helps avoid merge conflicts in git managed apps.
